IP & LICENSE

Blix (an Irish-based brand currently in the process of formal registration) remains the sole owner of all core Intellectual Property (IP). This includes but is not limited to:

• The 9iNEGANG name, logos, and trademarks.
• The Blix.World metaverse, story universe, and world-building assets.
• The underlying character designs, traits, and names.

As a holder of a 9iNEGANG NFT, you own the digital token itself, but the underlying Art and IP are licensed to you under the terms below.

By holding a 9iNEGANG NFT, you are automatically granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the Art associated with your specific NFT for Personal, Non-Commercial Use. This includes:

• Use as a profile picture (PFP) on social media.
• Display in digital galleries or private metaverse spaces.
• Creation of "Fan Art" and memes, provided no revenue is generated.

We want you to build. If you intend to generate revenue using the likeness of your 9iNEGANG character, you must apply for an Extended Commercial License. Once approved, you are granted the right to commercialize your specific character up to a revenue cap of $500,000 USD per year.

Permitted Commercial Activities:

• Creating and selling physical merchandise (apparel, prints, toys).
• Developing video content or YouTube series featuring your character.
• Using the character likeness in digital games or apps.
• Inclusion in visual media and artistic expressions.

The Application Process: To activate this license, holders must submit a Commercial Use Application via the 9iNEGANG.APP portal. This process includes KYC verification to ensure brand alignment and accountability.

To protect the collective value of the 9iNEGANG, the following restrictions apply to all licenses:

• No Modifications: You may not alter the core likeness, colors, or traits of the character. The digital integrity must remain intact.
• No Spin-offs: You may not create "sub-collections" or spin-off NFT projects based on the IP.
• Prohibited Content: The IP may not be used in association with hate speech, political campaigns, gambling, weapons, illegal drugs, or adult/pornographic content.
• No Unauthorized Partnerships: You may not enter into brand partnerships or sub-licensing deals (e.g., with a film studio or toy company) without explicit written approval and a separate legal agreement from Blix.

Blix aggressively protects its trademarks. You may not use the "Blix" or "9iNEGANG" logos or wordmarks for commercial purposes without approval. You may not attempt to trademark or copyright the Art or any derivative works created under this license.

Blix entitles itself to a creator royalty on all secondary sales of 9iNEGANG collectibles. These royalties are settled via the marketplace at the time of sale. For off-chain commercial ventures approved under the Extended License, specific royalty terms will be defined during the application process.

We reserve the right to revoke any license (Personal or Commercial) if a holder is found to be in breach of this agreement or is engaging in conduct that damages the Blix brand. While we cannot "delete" an NFT from your wallet, a revoked license means any further commercial use or public display of the Art is a legal infringement, and the individual will be held liable for damages.

As the Blix.World metaverse and 9iNEGANG brand evolve, we reserve the right to amend this IP Agreement. Changes will be published here and announced to the community. Your continued holding of the asset constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
